Your

Resume
Reimagined

A strong career can still be difficult to translate onto a page.

With years of experience behind you, deciding what to include and how to position it matters more than following templates. I help professionals bring focus, structure, and presence to their resumes.

At this stage, your resume should do more than outline what you’ve done, it should communicate who you’ve become and where you’re capable of going next.

It should align your achievements with your ambition, translating years of experience into a clear, compelling narrative.

A well-written resume becomes a positioning tool. It shapes how your experience is understood, rather than simply listing what you’ve done.

Why trust me with your resume?

I’ve been working with resumes for over two decades. I’ve reviewed them, challenged them, rewritten them, and sat on the other side of the table making decisions from them. I’ve written more than 600 resumes for people at pivotal moments in their careers, often when things felt uncertain or slightly off-balance.

My background spans mainstream recruitment, owning my own recruitment business, HR, and now career transition coaching. That means I understand how resumes are read, not just how they’re written. I know what it means to be ATS optimized, what recruiters scan for, what hiring managers respond to, and where strong experience often gets lost in translation.

What happens when we work together: people start to see their career more clearly…we slow things down. I ask thoughtful questions. We join the dots across roles and achievements, drawing out the substance, consistency, and value that’s already there. From there, the resume takes shape in a way that feels confident, credible, and distinctly yours, while still standing out for the right reasons.

“There are few tangible tools as powerful as a well-written resume during a career change. It opens doors, starts conversations, and can change lives.”
 Julie Vincent

“Julie’s talent with language and design created a ‘get noticed’ resume…A resume that portrays my skills, experience and talent, as well as who I am as a person and leader.”
