Welcome to the blog.
I’ve always loved writing. I studied English Literature, and I’ve long believed that words matter, not just how they sound, but in the wonderful way they shape meaning. Used well, they can clarify, connect, and sometimes completely change how something is understood. It’s probably why I care so deeply about helping people tell their story through their resume and LinkedIn profile.
After more than two decades in recruitment, HR, and career transition, and living and working across four countries, I’ve seen how often capable, experienced professionals struggle not because they lack ability, but because their story isn’t being told clearly or confidently.
In this blog, I share ideas on career change, confidence, identity, visibility… and the occasional personal story for reflection or a touch of humour.
If you’re navigating a shift in your career, you’re in the right place.
